IMO the pictures dont show enough detail to give an accurate assessment of what is going on. They dont look real good from what I see but more details would be needed to form an accurate opinion from my perspective. Could be a case of fatigue or poor machining or???

I also tend to think that the question being asked is not being asked for information purposes as much as it may be a fishing expedition. Maybe I'm wrong but just my
