Is this all wrong ? should the holes be vertical so you can adjust the front of the bars up and down ? the way he got it. you not adjusting anything on that ?
Like said here... you have it all wrong.. the front mounting holes need to be VERTICAL .... thats not what I meant by 30-40 degrees APPLIED angle
