I did a trial fit of all the pieces and the front cross member will sit right under the frame connector. I will have to cut a piece of 1/8in steel with a 1 3/4 hole in it, and weld that piece to the connector with the X member trough the drilled hole
I have 32 in bars
I will post pics of the fit tomorrow, may be someone will come up with a better idea

I installed 2 x 3 frame rails with the 3 inch being flat, and doing so the front ladder bar mount hit half way off of the frame rail...I cut 1/8 steel and welded it to the frame rail...did this about 4 yrs ago...using Chassisworks 32 inch ladder bars.
This is on a 71 Dart and the leaf springs were used to hold the rear end in the correct position. Also both ends of were gusseted to reinforce the 1/8 steel ..
