A custom bent piece of tubing made for the front mount to clear where you want to put both the exhaust and the ladderbar mounting cross bar is may be a good idea here. You will not have to compromise as much. With the front bar mounted below the frame connecters the ride height will be way to high. In order to get it right, you may have to move the exhaust in closer to the driveshaft? The roundy round crowd uses rectangular exhaust tube in some locatoions for ground clearance, and you might be able to do the same here to clear the cross bar and gain some working room.
This is not the time to compromise. It will affect too many things if not done right.
