70 440 4 barrel had the same pan as 440-6 pack and 426 hemi. It is often referred to as a 6 quart pan.





70' 440 MAGNUM's (HP blocks) or police option motors
did have the 6 quart pan, along with the above mentioned motors. Standard luxury car (C-bodies) or lo-po 440's had the 5 quart pans. 1970 Challenger R/T - 440 Magnum (4 barrel, HP Block) has a 6 Quart pan.
