I have no idea what kind of volume you guys do, what your profit margins are or are capable of, or what kind of value you have placed on any patents that you might have
I have no idea what a company like that would be worth, but they already have the expensive stuff handled. The block design is very good, castings are excellent, CNC machine work is second to none and we already NOW how great their customer service is. Heck, all we need is a little cash flow to help get them over this little bump in the road.
