An 8-71 can easily add 200 hp to any engine you've got while maintaining driveability. But it also means a big tacky hole in the hood. Is it time for blowers to come back or not? Let's see your blown cars! And--more importantly--let's hear how fast they are.

Europe calling.... The Netherlands to be precise...

"in-your-face"-blowers are cool...
I've got a 8-71 Kuhl-Blower on the shelf, next to a 4.15" crank waiting for me to get my butt into gear to start progress on my 440. I also have a Hilborn-injection scoop for it when I might decide to go that route.

Then comes the moment to decide where put it in.
I've got 3 candidates for it;
-'64 Chrysler NewYorker Salon
-'67 Dodge Charger
-'71 Dodge Dart

The '71 Dart is already 'dragrace-ready' with a fiberglass hood and all, and the blower would be "natural" in there. And I think it would look pretty cool in the '67 Charger. But ... as the '64 NewYorker will be my daily driver pretty soon, I'm really trying to find good reasons why I shouldn't drop it in it's engine bay....

I only know of one more "driven" blown Mopar here, it's a very green Challenger. It used to have "Show&Shine"-setup on it, but I believe the owner has made the blower functional by now.
