I would use a body spindles, and budget permitting tubular uca's come loaded with bushing and ball joints, so is worth considering.
this is a straight forward swap prob several posts here, or even search google.
if budget is an issue, get a donor car....I have gotten compete parts cars with disc brakes for 350. take what you need, swap your old parts, then scrap the rest.
