It looks really nice with lot's of possibilities. What drive train are you planning?

To get it out & start making some passes it will probably an iron 440 based engine with a ton of nitous. Eventually, the big engine will be an alum Keith Black Hemi with twins.

Why only a 25.5 if your planning on doing a hemi with twins. You are gonna be running fast as the car will legally go without even hardly tapping into that much power?

Actually that car could be converted to 25.3 spec for less than $200 in material and a long weekend of adding some gussets and a xbrace in the roof. That would put him 6.50 and slower. With the aluminum block he will easily make weight limit.

May upgrade to a 25.3 someday if needed. Don't think I'll have to worry about that with the iron block nitrous engine. Even if I run all 3 kits I have. (2 foggers & a dual cross plate). Once I start tickling the 7.50 range then I start worrying about upgrading. That won't be for several years I am sure & not until the turbo engine. Beleive it or not this is a major budget build. I have way less into it then it looks. I am a Family man on a poor man's budget with a wife & 3 kids & Family comes first so I limited to what gets done on the car. If money were no object I would be out there taking out those Mustangs's & Chevy's by now. LOL
