This required the clearance hole in the side of the subframe that captures the nut on the hanger to be elongated. I also had to press the studs out of the hanger and install longer bolts. I have not had issues myself (yet) but I have read on here that the offset front spring hanger needs to be clearanced if you want to use the top hole in the Cal Trac triangulated pivot.
Just curious about it since I am going to be doing that install myself soon (Cal Tracs/offset springs).
