i ran a couple of cams through Cam Quest to get some ideas.
guesstimates using my inputs
the Comp 509 nostalgia : 556hp/531flb
Comp XS290S(similar to Lunati)252/260@050 : 588hp/552flb
Comp 306S, 260/260@050: 588hp/532flb
Comp XTQ286S, 256/266@050 : 588hp/547flb
these peak hp numbers look about 25hp up but like a dyno just gives comparisons
All show near identical HP and similar tq.I am giving up around 30HP and some tq
Peak power is estimated at 6500,tq at either 4500 or 5000.keeps it all around my self imposed max rpm.but may push into the 10's,i guess short shifting will help there if necassarry
i guess its pluck a number from the hat

New World block 3780lbs 10.278@130.80 . Wowser 10.253@130.24 footbraking from 1500rpm
