Ok guys, Need to pick your brains. We have strange axles, 5/8 studs, 5 on 4.5 bolt circle, with 2.36 axle stand off. We used the wilwood brake kit, 140-0260-B . Using the mp green bearing with flange. Instructions tell you to press off the flange of bearing and use the wilwood plate, but my strange housing ends are 1.25 deep, but the bearing is only 1 inch allowing the axle to move back and forth. What is the deal????? or do I need to order the other backing plate and use the snap ring bearing? Also why does the rotor hat not locate off the the axle register?Hat is 1/4 inch bigger in dia. You need to have the snap ring with the green bearing to do this swap.

I had the same issues with the rotor and had to get the center hole machined wider to fit the axle register.
I used my original flange plate and not the one in the kit. IIRC I had to remove the snap rings from the bearing and them put the wilwood plates and then put the ring back on.

If I make a spacer that fits between the bearing and the depth of the axle housing pocket. I am thinking that would fix the issue. Lucky they sell a 2 1/2 inch sch 40 and sch 80 pipe that is 2.875 od with a .203 and .276 wall. If I am off base in my thoughts tell me. John
