I've been told mine is a bit of a sleeper. 9.37@149all metal, interior,glass and exhaust out the back. If I could keep a tranny in it

I don`t have a picture of it but, N20msters Dart comes to mind it is just plain bad and runs 8.50s. I remember the car years ago when it still had the poverty hub caps it was bad even then. He brought it to my local track once( Island Dragway )and when he told the tech inspector it ran mid 8s , he didn`t believe him. It sure doesn`t look like an 8 second car!

My '69 Chrysler 300 convertible isn't the fastest car out there, but I'd consider it a sleeper for what it looks like...it's 5000lbs and I got it down to 11.9's with restrictive exhaust, HP manifolds, an Eddy headed 440, and a small shot of nitrous; sounds like a 383 ( the 300 SRT8 next to it is my brothers and he's running low 11's now with a Kenny Bell Supercharger and other than come cosmetic mods, it looks bone stock)...wonder what i can do with headers, a cam, and good exhaust ....maybe not the baddest, but I'm proud of it. My Charger will look stock and hopefully run 10.5 on pump gas with factory ac all day long (yet to be seen) Like I said, not the fastest, but it doesn't look fast AT ALL  here's a vid of a 12.4 pass from 2009, and my brother's SRT8 before he did anything to it other than reprogramming his tune http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=siuLbUGiXXo

I always considered a car with wheelie bars and parachutes to look fast...regardless of the color. that and big hoodscoops, lightweight wheels and especially beadlocks. That being said there are some really sweet looking (and fast)rides in this thread, just not all sleepers.

there was a burgundy 65-ish mustang ..(it was seen on pinks) has 8" slick and no other distintive markings a stock car would have..
it runs 8.50s ...
if i could find a video..you would be amazed.
the owner/driver has silver hair...to boot.

Not the fastest by any means but it has the sleeper no frills look, lots of fun on the street! best pass was 11.58 @ 113mph in the quarter.
