Well I pulled the motor out to clearance the frame rail & shock tower to allow for more room to install the headers.
I know alot of you guy's use just silicone & NO GASKET. But I don't know how tight your engine bay is But I have to install the headers in the correct order loos without bolts & then once they are all in place put them up to be bolted on....There is no room to install any silicone.

So today I put a set of Mr gasket ultras on & as expected the port was too small. I can enlarge the port in trhe gasket to match....

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY OTHER SOLUTIONS?????

FOr those that just use silicone do you install it wet???????? Or let it set up & then install????

Yes you can open up the Mr. G Ultra's to match your port.

Sorry I don't have any exhaust gaskets for your application.

When I ordered my B1s from Koffel they told me there's no gasket specifically for these heads. The Mr. Gasket and an Exacto knife is probably the answer.

Contact SCE gaskets and see if they have them now, if not they will make them if you send a sample to them They offer both copper and regular materials on there gaskets

Did a search and came up with nothing related to drag racing or Mopar?

Thats funny, Flatout makes a gasket that fits the B-1 Flange that Koffels sells. We are a dealer and have been using them for a while. Call us if you need some.

I use the Flat out gaskets from Pete@Best machine. They work great.

I use silicone. Have seen the flat out gaskets you might also find them as SCE, they make a really nice valve cover gasket.

I let mine skin up before install. But in a tube car it is a pretty simple install.
