Take it to a local plating shop and tell them you want Yellow Zinc Chromate plated on it. It's sort of iridescent, so it will have green hues and maybe some red colors depending on the light angle. There is usually a plating minimum charge ($50-$75), so take along a bunch of parts that needs the yellow zinc.

The master cylinders for both my '75 drum brake Duster and the Stepson's Roadrunner came with the chromated covers. Both from Auto Zone. Ron
