I agree blow thru the fuel inlet at tank to push gas to the pump.As for NOS member here has a suppy of them.Great price and they work Got mine about 4 years or more fro him to replace the crappy MP one.Rocky

Not sure if this is your problem but I had a car that was not getting suction from a cracked rubber fuel line. Might be worth a check. Sometimes you can`t visually see the cracks in the hose. This is exactly what happened to me, pump would not work not matter what I tried. Finally found a cracked rubber hose feeding the steel line and all was well after that.
