I thought they look a lot like cranes but they do not have the name Crane cast in the bottom. They have interference fit adjusting screws but appear to be spot faced for locknut type adjusting screws. Desirable or not?
In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is.

SB rockers are straight....... that one looks offset to me..... so it should be a BB rocker.
Looks like the same casting as the Cranes....... but with the “wrong” adjuster screw. There’s a machined flat on the rocker for a lock nut, and that’s a friction lock adjuster in the rocker.
Maybe an “early” Crane rocker that’s had the adjuster replaced.

They aren’t “Isky” rockers........ although at one point Isky was selling the Crane rockers.
The actual Isky rockers have a distinctive look:

The actual Isky rockers have a distinctive look: I have a set of those also that I am going to keep. Mine are not bushed. Did you.do that or RAS? I think the other set must have been made by Crane for some other cam company to market. Who knows when the adjusters were.swapped. I found them when I was looking through stuff that I have had forever. Need to thin out the stash of old stuff that I will likely never use. I will have a pile of old parts in the 4sale section soon. Some used some never used but most are approximately 40+ years old.

Those aren’t my Isky rockers....... it’s just a pic I grabbed on line.
I have a set of Isky’s, but no pics of them handy.
I lightened mine up by reducing that big “knob” out on the end, and trimming the rib a bit.

Look just like the sig ersons I bought from supershops in the early 80s. Interference adjuster and all. Now that you mention it I remember that erson had iron rockers that looked like Cranes. Bet that's what these are. Thanks all.

Actually, the OP’s pic doesn’t look much like 273 rockers at all to me.
1st pic- 273 rockers 2nd pic- Crane SB rocker 3rd & 4th pic- Crane BB rockers

That rocker is mine and yes I had them blueprinted,bushed,re-directed oil passages, trimmed down, and new hardware installed by RAS about 6 years ago and still going strong Cost me about $500 with shafts . I have 3-4 sets of 273 rockers, and they all have a casting 'knob' on the underside, presumably where they poured them.
It may be ugly, but it sure is slow.
Girls comb their hair in rear view mirrors and the boys try to look so hard....

This is a close up of the pair of Crane rockers above.
I’ve seen this casting mark on a number of different kinds of rockers through the years.
