If it has a single horn there may not be a relay.

I was surprised to not see a horn relay on the firewall. there is the 2 wire "L" connector/wire going up to the horn under the hood (no idea if this is OE or not) & there is something missing on the firewall just behind the cyl head (I thought it was the ballast but the ballast is there further to the drivers side). I think that that might be the voltage reg that is missing.

It's usually on the radiator support, if you have one.
