Looks just like the one I pulled off my 72 yesterday. It has the reinforcement plate also.

so ..... for '71 the horns are mounted behind the washer bottle on the passenger inner fender to make room for the "new for '72" charcoal canister on the passenger side inner fender, the horns were moved to the modified center grill support ..PLUS...the 'bottle shaped ' openings face opposite to 72-up on this true 71 valance, 3 one way , one the other. Not just as simple as removing the bracket to make a 72 grill header become a 71. The 4 'openings' that take the plastic threaded grommet on a 72 header will not line up with the corresponding support areas on a 71 grill without reworking these areas.
