I need a bushing made out of aluminum approx 1-1/8 I'd 2.0 od with a 2-250 flange. I'm say 3/4 to 1 wide. I can get exact specs later just putting out to see if it can be done and how much.

I have an idea for something relatively small that I'd like machined out of aluminum, too, and was thinking of posting a similar question.

So... let's see who rises to the occasion. grin

Hey Guys-
I would be able to do these projects, pretty much for cost of material and couple bucks for beer money.
PM me for more details.
John

What I have in mind is a better design of what Professional Products sells as the AirFlo. I think the concept has merit, but their execution is... less than ideal. puke

Here's pic of "their" approach, and a mock-up drawing (dimensions still needed) of what I have in mind.

Looks like a funnel. Check the stock at Otterzone, they could get something close for a couple bucks. boogie

This is exactly right. For the purpose this serves. Precision machined from alum and sexy looking probably makes it work no better

You can get Aluminum funnels at Ace Hardware.

I made a similar setup awhile back.
Easy to cut down to size using tin snips.

Also used silicone to attach it under the breather lid.

PSO headed 632 from MM. Cracked cylinder, loose valve seats, low oil pressure, low cylinder pressure.
..... Now its a door stop....

I believe I've found what I need without having something machined for me, although there will still be a bit if fabrication on my part.

My thanks to those who offered to help with my original request.

and I would want the lower housing straightened out (from what is in the pic) for less restriction there (fab a new one). I know it has to have some rise to clear the carb linkage but it seems like those "universal" dimentions at least from what I can see in the pic are a waste & are causing a restriction to unobstructed airflow.
