Hi guys,
So I'm in a bit of a dilemma. Just got my car finished, full rotisserie.. All the bells and whistles just how us Mopar guys like em, and what do to know .. The guys I had rebuild my master cylinder did it wrong, and leaked brake fluid all over the backside of the cylinder and onto the booster.. So I take it off, go back they allegedly "fix" it.. Repaint, install, bleed SEVERAL times and I have a poor, mushy pedal! No air in the lines.. The car stops, but I wouldn't trust it on the road. It almost feels as if the valve inside is bypassing or something.. Pedal goes all the way to the floor, but will hold talks he car when in drive. Since I have the correct master cylinder on it, I would like it rebuilt correctly and NOT have this issue. Anyone know of a place that can rectify this problem once and for all? I'm done with the place I was dealing with. Sad part about it is this place is a brake a steering "specialist" thanks!

I had a similar problem and sent mine to http://www.whitepost.com/They did a great job and everything looks and works as it should. Very fast turnaround and a lifetime warranty.

I used White Post and Brake & Equipment Warehouse to restore my 171 m/c. I sent it to White Post first, then to Brake & Equipment to get it done right. Similar Story, white post did a booster for me and after a lot of troubleshooting everything else (I assumed the newly rebuilt booster worked) I removed the booster and sent it to Brake Booster Dewey and solved the problem.

anyone use ram man? Found him through searching? Heard both good and bad reviews on him. Many Including me have used Brake and Equipment warehouse and been pleased with their work. Good rep, so why take a chance with anyone else?

Hmmm... do you think that that maybe a booster may be my problem? the pedal goes down at least two inches when the car is not running.... From my experience with late model cars after the first "pump", that thing goes rock solid... given the master is working correctly... If the price is reasonable, I'd consider sending both to get rebuilt, again!... UGH!! that booster is a real PITA to get bolted up!

Thanks for all the info guys! I really appreciate it!.... Something is definitely wrong with it, I should have known better
when the place that I took it to refused to sleeve it (without even seeing it) when I asked to do so.... Now im happy that they didn't sleeve it considering that they can get a couple O-rings right! If they would have ruined my 171 I would have been BEYOND mad!... Hopefully the booster is ok, it seems to be working properly...

Anyone have a rough idea the price for a MC rebuild at Brake and equipment? Cost $100 with shipping back to me.

I used theramman for the MC and Booster Dewey for the booster. Couldn't be happier with the results  I had him do several MCs with good results

Hi Guys,
Just wanted to give an update .... I ended up going with Karps in Upland (was a little more convenient for me, 15 mins away).... and I must admit, he did a great job! Although the master didnt need to be sleeved, I had him do it anyway. I didnt want to have to deal with pitting/braking problems at a later point in the cars life. One thing i hate dealing with is brake fluid on a fresh restore!
