B1 heads only please but I am soon going to be having a set of headers made for my B1 headed 572. Probably going to be a stepped header type design but what are you guys running. This will be for a nitrous combo. Thanks

Max RPM is also part of the equation and the amount your gonna hit it with.. if I were home I could run your engine through my header program to tell you what you need.... but I cant.. its on my other puter

I wouldnt base my headers on that.. it has a good bit of the info needed but it sure doesnt ask all of the data needed... I've been using the header max program for years and have tested it on the dyno

Though not a B-1 Chuck from best did a header test a while back and posted it. I believe it was an 572 -1. The smaller 2 1/8" were better until the very end of the range like 6000-6500 Doug
I think I found it with the search: https://board.moparts.org/ubbthreads/show...rue#Post8275911

Interesting post. Im having 622 with PSO heads built and will need headers. It is a pump gas engine with shift points around 7000ish in a 72 Barracuda. Have been told TTI 2"-2 1/8" step with 3 1/2 collector will be enough. Im kinda skeptical about them. If need be ill have custom ones made.
PSO headed 632 from MM. Cracked cylinder, loose valve seats, low oil pressure, low cylinder pressure. ..... Now its a door stop....
