I bought mine from American Powertrain when they had a 25% off sale. Summit sells them at pretty much the same price Brewer's sells McLeod's for.
Mopar to the bone!!!

440Source has steel ones for abut $200.

I used one of those once, it not only had the ring gear teeth off enough I had to shim the starter so it could disengage, after 1500 miles it looked like a worn out brake rotor.POS http://americanpowertrain.com/i-8426648-...al-balance.html Buyer beware though, it states "SFI Quality" not SFI Approved. A McLeod is probably $50-75 more and is SFI Approved FWIW.

Do you have a picture of the flywheel? maybe the problem was the clutch? A flywheel isn't a sophisticated device..I doubt that a billet flywheel will wear that quickly..
The 440source flywheels look like exact copies of the McLeod wheels..

Flywheels are fairly inexpensive unless you're looking for something custom. PRW has nice flywheels that don't cost a ton. I use PRW flywheels on all of the dyno engines.
They don't seem to make Mopar flywheels...

I really dont think the flywheel they sell is Billet. I sold the pressure plate from that setup and it was in near perfect as new condition.
That's interesting. Thanks for the heads up. Maybe they changed the flywheel because when they first came out they were only $99, then $149 and now $199. 440source clearly state on their website that the flywheels are billet CNC ground steel wheels.. I don't think that they would blatantly lie about their product. Too much risk to get sued..
