Does anyone have a picture showing how where the idle solenoid is installed and positioned? Thanks

Thanks, I guess I'm just missing a screw that the plunger hits. Any particular screw and adjustment for that?

Any particular adjustment on the screw? Or just barely touching with the engine off? Thanks

The screw is retained with a cage nut type of assy on the end of the linkage arm, you set the hot curb idle with the solenoid energized, the solenoid "drops out" when you shut the ignition off, this is to completely close the throttle blades to prevent run-on/dieseling ...you should be able to source the needed parts directly from Holley

1971 340 4 barrels used one of these same bolts and a roll pin rather than a second bolt to retain the DR1114429 idle stop solenoid.
Would the same nut with a captive washer that is NOT toothed, and zinc plated, also be correct? They have the identical G L head markings on them. I have about a dozen NOS ones.
