I have not found but a couple of the clips at this point. I did check two trunk lids and recorded the measurements, but of course it is more complicated to explain than I thought. I started from the left top corner and measured to the right. They are 1/4" holes and the first one starts 5/8" from the edge and 1-1/2" down. The next one down is 4-7/8". The top row from the first hole is 4-5/8", 9-3/4", 9-3/4", 9-3/4" and the last hole is also 5/8" from the top right edge with the hole below it at 4-7/8". The bottom row holes from the left bottom hole is 9-1/4", 7-3/4", 10-3/4", 7-3/4", and 7-3/4". Of course you can approximate and check the hole spacing by turning your panel over and reversing the dimensions. Not to worry, I was a Mechanical Designer in a previous lifetime and double-checked my findings. I will see if I can dig-up more of the clips.
The funny thing about science is that if you change one miniscule parameter you change the entire outcome to the way you want it.

Thanks for the info.... I have worked in the metal working industry for over 30 years... enough to know that Mechanical Designer in a previous lifetime and double-checked my findings. Don't give me a lot of assurance!! lol just having fun... Really thanks a lot for that info. Let me know if you find some more clips. I did look at FOR A BODIES ONLY and found a link for some for a barracuda they say will work. I don't even know what the correct ones look like... Heres the link. http://www.buymetroparts.com/item/a-body/plymouth-rear-finish-panel-att/lid=18080013

Original 69 Barracuda clips: 14 pieces #10-24 x 7/16. Pea soup green color, maybe an epoxy paint? Came from the factory with 6 stamped sheet metal nuts on one side and 8 Huglok nuts with an internal nylon ring on the other side. The stamped sheet metal nuts are the same as part B-12980 on page 69 here: http://www.amkproducts.com/Catalog_PDF/56-73.pdf The holes in the trunk are notorious for water entry and trunk lid rusting. A formed donut of rope caulk in the depression of the sheet metal nuts will help make a seal.

Cool. I'll bet my Barracuda shoulda been like that but was obviously assembled on a Monday morning.
Not only that, but the factory didn't drill, didn't attach the "340-S" emblems to my front fenders. Took me quite a long time to find out they should have been there - nearly 40 years.

Yep, I ordered the car with A53, and it's on my fender tag and window sticker, and I paid $132.00 for it ($186.30 MSRP).
The "HIGH PERF. ENG./340 CID/, DUAL EXHAUSTS & CHROME EXH. TIPS, H.D. SUSP. PKG., FIRM RIDE SHOCK ABS., RED STREAK TIRES, FORMULA S MEDALLION, ENGINE PLAQUE, RADIATOR GRILLE-BLACK, HD. WHEELS, REAR DECK APPLIQUE-BLACK." are all there (except I ordered white streak tires), but no front fender emblems, which were not listed in this A53 description. The 69 sales brochure only said, "...and Formula "S" body trim." So I never knew the emblems were missing until I started recently to restore the car and found out the emblems were for sale.
