Like this? I think it is a B=body baseplate. Tom By tdavist, shot with DSC-P72 at 2008-05-02 By tdavist, shot with DSC-P72 at 2008-03-22

I had one that I was going to put on my dart, but was told it would not clear the 2 speed wiper motor on the firewall. I never actually had a chance to test fit it since the car had no engine when I owned the air cleaner. No way in hell was I going to slice up a 1969 440 air grabber cleaner so I sold it and went with a round 1970 340 one instead.
If it could be confirmed that it would work, I'd have no problem buying a repro one from Year One or someone. But I want to make dang sure it fits first.

That will fit on a small block in an A-body?
Which part are you worried about?
This is a SB in an E-bod and 2 spd wiper motor.
Tom
There is a shorter element from K+N as well.
There is a member(torred4speed?) here who sells a fiberglass repro base here, it allows you to adjust the height by cutting the neck down to shorten it.

There was a pic somewhere on here , thread about putting an air grabber setup in an A body that Scott Smith posted , the wiper motor on an A body sticks off to the side some so it's not as obtrusive as it is on a B body .

I have a fiberglass base and lid. Does anyone sell the hardware that attaches the base to the carb, and that holds the lid on?
This one will not fit under my 67 Dart hood as-is, but there is plenty I can grind off the bottom to make it fit if I decide to.

So these air cleaners will clear a 2 speed wiper motor in a 73 duster 340? Now all we neeed to do is figure out how to get rest of ram air setup mounted to bottom of hood.
