Doesn't sound high for a solid roller. Mine are 240 @ 1.900 and 598 @ 1.15"
Comp 943-16's
I guess it would depend on the profile , but those numbers you want are near the bottom of the scale with solid roller cams.
Your installed height would be helpful.
I wouldn't look to save money here though.......expect to drop somewhere around three bills for quality.

These are close to what you are looking for, with a 1.85 installed height (197 seat and 533 open @ 0.600 lift).

200 on the seat is not very much with a solid roller.......... 240 250 would be nice...

I asked Chaz Knight about running my Crane Golds with the solid roller. I was about 700 open pressure and he told me the rockers were not recommended for over 600 open pressure, So I just got HS rockers instead but I still went down on the open pressure to about 645. Personally I think you need more spring pressure than 500 and a better rocker arm. I know, sucked for me too.

Competition Products is a stocking dealer , though they probably won't have MoPar in stock. But their prices were pretty friendly.
www.competitionproducts.com
I got mine through them and the price was the lowest I found anywhere , even having to order the parts. Pretty quick turn around too.....a week as I recall.
I don't know what to tell you about the duty for international orders , but I do have some theories as to how to minimize it.
I have a handful of friends up there and any transaction can be a challenge.
