I used the mini from DB Electrical. No problems so far.

This is the 1st I've heard of a mini starter failing. They are much more reliable than the old style starter. Just goto a local parts store and get a new one using your old one as a core.

Oh, and the reason that I choose Autozone over Napa, Advance, etc...is because they track your warranty nationwide in their computer system thru your Ph#. The other stores you have to save your receipt for years in the event the it fails.
