Gary was helpfull to me many times and even let me get away with too much once in a while in his moderators duties here at Moparts. I am deeply saddened and my heartfelt condolences are extended to his family and friends, including us here on the board. I already miss him. Wes

Unbelievable. I never met the man but thought of him, his car and his hospitality and generousity towards others who shared his love of cars. The lord works in mysterious ways. Rest in peace, Gary.

A terrible, terrible loss - Gary was always a help to members here and brought a special kind of wisdom. [edit: My father told me I would know a great man by what he left behind, not by what he had - seeing what all who have posted in this thread have said there can be no doubt that we were blessed to have whatever time we had with a truly great man.]
Prayers to his family - Rest in peace Gary.

I, like everyone else am completely floored and blown away by this, gary was the greatest guy, and went out of his way to help me. When i was building my first bigblock, he had a set of valvesprings for sale i needed, i emailed him and asked if hed be willing to go any easier on the price for a poor high school kid doing this on his own dime, jokingly for the most part, and he agreed to it ... it was evident in his posts that he was easy going and a great guy, I will never forget him, RIP Gary, you will be truly missed, i cant believe this is happeneing again, i just got the new RIP decals made for my best friend, and now this ...
11.48 @ 120 with a 1.80 60' 318, stock 1.88 heads, stock 904, Pump Gas, 13 lbs of boost.
