For the hydraulic clutch master cylinder I used this one (mounted directly to the firewall) from AutoZone for 30 bucks:

So, you're now in for under fifty bucks and they have a lifetime replacement warrantee.

I simply attached the rod to the clutch pedal with a shortened hitch pin.
