Bigblockdart.com used to have a page one how to make a bracket that would allow an early Dodge truck slave cylinder to operate the clutch fork on an A833. Link is now broken.

After a TON of aggravation, I came up with a cheap solution on my own.
1. $20 slave from AutoZone
2. Home made bracket

Cool idea 
This was the bellhousing I used years ago to put a T5 in my old Oz Charger. You can see they made it with a setup like you used in mind

You notice that the one I gave you the link to has the bleeder screw on top. That's the correct no.
Mine with the bleeder on the bottom wasn't a problem though. There's really no chamber for air to really get trapped.
The beauty about this 20 dollar gem is even if you run an old style big clunky starter, it will fit.

It has MORE than enough throw. In fact, you have to install a clutch pedal stop to limit travel.
I drilled a hole in the floor (in line with the clutch pedal arm, of course), welded a 5/8" nut to it, and threaded in a 5/8 bolt and double nutted it at the correct throw distance. It's adjustable that way.

For the hydraulic clutch master cylinder I used this one (mounted directly to the firewall) from AutoZone for 30 bucks:

So, you're now in for under fifty bucks and they have a lifetime replacement warrantee.
I simply attached the rod to the clutch pedal with a shortened hitch pin.

I want to amend this whole thing with one point.
The setup worked flawlessly except in my case my fork bracket and fork bracket mount turned out to be too worn. I was about to buy new ones when I said W.T.eff, I'm going to go for the whole enchilada and try a hydraulic throw out bearing from Tilton (through Summit). The bearing arrived in two days. The bearing to transmission mount is back ordered until mid Feb.
So, for that part of the overall project, I'm on hold for a month.

I have done nothing new. Everything I have learned was taken from bits and pieces I got while Googling and lots of people giving me small bits and pieces.
Seems like a ton of guys have perfected the ideal solution to 1 certain aspect of the overall job. I'm just gathering up in one place in the Reader's Digest version. I didn't come up with anything new myself.
Basically it's a system that works better than any professional kits out there for 1/4 the cost.
I originally designed it for cable. Every Mustang Forum devotes 50% of it's topics to fixing their cable system. Junk, they say.
Seems like a ton of guys have perfected the ideal solution to 1 certain aspect of the overall job. I'm just gathering up in one place in the Reader's Digest version. I didn't come up with anything new myself.
