I don't know about the 70 B body but they came from the factory on my 71 Charger R/T. They're black, just like the rest of the seat belts in the car. Got them on both the driver's side and the passenger's side. I use mine every time I go for a drive. The cops here are so anal that they'd give a ticket if I didn't use them. Children with guns.....
