I went through the same issue trying to decide what to use on my challenger. I ended up using the competition engineering sump welded to the stock tank with a external pump. It has worked pretty well, but you do hear it when you turn the key on. After the car has fired though on mine you can't hear it over the exhaust. Mounting to the rail with good rubber bushings helped alot.
