You don't have to be rich to be in this...but it helps!
Advice I always give...help the newbies! If you see someone struggling or they ask you a question, do everything you can to help out! Keep them from getting frustrated and leaving the sport completely. I've always enjoyed watching when people finally "get it" after spending a few minutes on starting line and finish line technique. Yeah, that guy might beat you on another day, but at least he's still racing!
