Ok, I just picked up an intake for my small block 4 door coronet

1969 coronet four door granny car
318 (currently little 2bbl intake)

I have been fighting with the carb, so I have opted to go with a four barrel.

I just picked up and intake for $50, but I don't know much about it.

From what I have read, this is a low performer intake, but I think it will work great with my non performance 318.

I will be upgrading the cam to a comp stick with .425/.425 lift and adding a 600 cfm carb on top. Should I go one step bigger on the cam?


Any input about this intake and my setup? Thanks in advance.
