FuryUs, believe it or not, I think that if I took the spare tire out of the trunk of the Swinger, I may have actually been able to close the trunk fully with that block in there.

Bobby, my folks are coming to visit on the 8th of March for a week. My goal is to be burning rubber that week. I know, that's crazy... So, I should be ready for the Hooter's get-together. We'll talk about that hood...

I was able to make some progress today. I adjusted the valves, put on the black wrinkle valve covers and intake, and painted the engine. I will go through the carbs in the next few days and get those on. I need to bend op a couple of fuel lines though.
