How wide are the front rims? I put 14x7s on the front of my Satellite and I had the same problem, looked at everything, couldnt figure it out. It would do it at a gentle left, not sharp usually. Turned out on the drivers side the edge of the rim was just kissing the upper control arm at the right angle.
