Leonard Lawson made a kings ransom building roads over and over and I’m sure the coal sticker for running over 80k was his idea slipped to a bought and paid for gubnor. JCC fits into the "common sense is not so common anymore" category... The funny thing about science is that if you change one miniscule parameter you change the entire outcome to the way you want it.
