Yes. That is one. There may be others. You can get those parts from floor shift cars, trucks,and vans into the late 80's

I buy a whole column for about $40 and scavenge parts. They are getting harder to find in junkyards though.

What I have not tried is to swap a 71 up head onto a 70 tube. It should work it is just 4 screws holding all those parts to the column tube, almost everything else is the same.

The only difference I know of for sure is the 70/71's used a bolt to hold in the ignition lock. In 1972 they started using a spring loaded pin on the lock cylinder to hold it in the column. Moving to a 71 column head may require a new lock cylinder.
