For those that have a reverse pattern manual valve body with low band apply, DO NOT shift if from high gear to neutral at the finish line in the 1/4 mile, those type valve bodies will apply low gear for a tiny bit of time, NOT GOOD down
I learned that lesson a long time ago by almost making my stocker start doing lock up rear tire sliding at the finish line shock puke
I ended up waiting to put in neutral by stopping car completely before shifting it into neutral up twocents
Be safe, especially ay the tracks up
