Hey everyone! It's been a minute since I posted here - Hope everyone is well!

My dilemma is with my dad's 70 Challenger. His gas gauge stopped working a few years back and we replaced the sending unit to no avail.

I've checked the ohm's of the old and new sender, they both read 7 - 60 ohms i believe ( didnt write it down but they both read the same )
I've jumped the gauge wire to ground and the gague pegged full.
I've replaced the ground to the sending unit and even removed from the car the gause will only go up to about 1/8th tank, moving it manually outside the tank, wired up.
Ive checked the voltage going to the sending unit, it pulses and is around 5v.


Any suggestions? I'm stumped!
