I wouldn't do it on a bet. The right buyer hasn't come along yet. The right buyer will appreciate it for what it is or will have the ability and resources to build what they really want.
Someone that wants if for the body will not want it for the V8 you put into it and then will try to get it at a lesser price than what it was worth as just the /6. You will be the one that will take any loss. As said and most know there are too many engine options out there so putting in a V8 will just be a waste of time and money. Who knows someone may want to do an electric motor.
