Be nice to see real street cars say 10 sec or more street race on closed street like it was in the 70-80s
Small tire real cars driven there. Maybe toss in some good mullet red neck guys too.
Have to have limits on what is allowed supention, thing's ladder bars ok but no full blown cars. max of power adder, simple NOS etc. To keep it down to what we had rolling the streets back in the day.

Lots of races that go on like this. More and more back of the track and no prep stuff popping up, especially on the East coast and Ohio areas.

There is some really good content on Street Race Channel on Youtube. 10.5 tire, stock suspension pickup points, etc. They have big tire stuff, too but the Hoskins claim to fame is an S-10 with surprisingly stock suspension and a Falcon that is essentially a Fox Mustang underneath. Both can drive and Billy can tune! Low 6's would be competitive about everywhere they run. (equivalent of low 10's, high 9's in the quarter).

We run in some classes here locally that require full interiors, stock sheetmetal, stock glass,NO fuel cell, small tires and stock style suspension (no ladder bars). Lots of fun! 6.10's won the last race.
