You should come out near normal. My brother had one at 57 . Wouldn’t quit working outside on an extremely hot day, in spite of his crew insisting they stop. By the next day he was in the hospital after rejecting their telling him to go to the hospital.

He couldn’t talk or use one side for a while. Did the rehab and came out okay. Has slacked off contract construction and does cash work.
