You don't have to drive around Sacramento much to find homeless camps that are piled high with junk. But the code officials look the other way and instead of cleaning up the homeless camps they go after old men who have some fruit laying on the ground in the back yard.
I keep trying to think of some way to help this guy. Change.org? Go fund me page? I wish that I were a lawyer that could step up and tell the state to stick it where the sun don't shine. the man likely worked and paid taxes his entire life and now has this cr-p to deal with. Why isn't the governor or someone out there doing something?
