It is illegal to wear headphones or earplugs over both ears while driving in in most states. If one ear is still exposed to ambient noise, it's noise.
So my motorcycle helmet earphones are illegal along with my motorcycle helmet that covers my ears? And I never suggested wearing headphones in a vehicle (car/truck) BTW. Thought the cigarette lighter engine sound through the CAR'S interior speakers would lighten things up here just a little.....I guess not?
