As I recall, that motor you are building is not a high compression setup, right? What CR is it?
What are the spces on the Koffel's cam you have?
IMO, the "lower" CR will limit the amount of duration I would use. So what a 14-15 CR motor is running may not be a good choice for you.

I didn't pick my cam, it came as a package deal when I bought my B1 original heads from another racer. FWIW:
