.008” is way too much interference fit. Just for reference, an ATI super damper (harmonic bal) specs at .0008” to crank. In my opinion, there should not be any powdercoat on the inside pulley to shaft surface.
i agree as well ! use anti-seize as a lube when you pull this on.
