The nozzle on a diesel pump is larger, so the filler neck opening would be larger. Unleaded gas has a slim nozzle. Diesel nozzle won't fit in an unleaded vehicle filler tube. It will work the other way around, gas into a diesel vehicle.

I wonder how you dispose of all that ruined fuel?

Junk is something you throw away just before you need it.
