here is what my "little red squirrel buddy" donated to my charger a few years ago when it was in storage. he chewed through a stainless steel window screen to get in.
he then chewed through the rubber gasket around the filler neck, went under the back seat, then found a "nice" storage area.
luckily, he didn't eat the seat covers or headliner, but he did eat the carpet and some seat foam.
he was rewarded with finding himself in a live trap [jail] then a nice little .22short. did i mention i HATE red squirrels ?
anyway, no more open garage windows, even with stainless screen.
